Return Policy
NOTICE TO CUSTOMER
Do NOT discard the original shipping package box. Please keep the original packaging in a clean and safe environment for at least one year. If a case arises for the customer to exercise the parts and labor warranty, this item must be shipped with the same original packaging in which it was first delivered.
Failure to do so may result in physical damage to the product return delivery, which will in turn void the warranty.
WARRANTY OF PRODUCT
We warrant to the original purchaser of hardware products or consumables that these products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year. During the warranty period, we will, at our option: provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product or replace the product with a comparable product. Limited warranty covers normal use only.
We do not warrant and are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, viruses, unauthorized service or parts, or the combination of our products with other products. The Warranty repair services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Please back up all files before returning the item for repair services. We are not responsible for any loss of customer data stored in their product. We shall have a reasonable time to repair or replace such products. We are not responsible for any loss of revenue or profit or other financial damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, suffered by the customer for any reason whatsoever.
RETURN POLICY
RETURN FOR REPAIR
- Items may be returned for repair without charge, under warranty.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- All returns must be authorized by the RMA department.
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.
- Use the original box with all materials and accessories included. Physical damage may void the warranty.
- Out-of-warranty returns for repair are subject to a repair fee.
RETURN FOR REFUND
- DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to us within 30 days from the delivery date, at our discretion, for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.
- All returns must be authorized by the RMA department.
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.
- Use the original box with all materials and accessories included with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. Physical damage may void the warranty.
- All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally shipped must be included with the product and in sell-able condition. Otherwise, additional charges will be deducted accordingly.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days. No exceptions.
- After 30 days from the date of delivery, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
